Landau is thrilled to celebrate the incredible 20-year milestones of two outstanding team members, Louise, our Sales Coordinator, and Jenny, our Spray Shop Manager.
Both have shown unwavering dedication and have played a vital role in Landau’s growth and success over the years. We are proud to honour their hard work, commitment, and positive influence on our team.
Louise: The Friendly Voice of Landau
This November marks a remarkable achievement for our beloved Sales Coordinator, Louise, as she celebrates 20 years with Landau Holdings. Louise’s journey within the Company began back in November 2004 when she joined as an Administrative Assistant. In those early years, she worked closely with both Stephen and Nigel Mertens, before subsequently teaming up with David Johnson and James Mertens, as her role evolved and expanded into the central position she holds today.
Louise’s consistent presence at her desk on reception has made her an invaluable part of our team. With her trademark warm welcome, she has been the first face for visitors and a trustworthy voice for customers. Her role, however, involves much more than just a friendly greeting – she handles all things Parapan, raises production papers and covers much of the purchasing responsibilities. Her organisational skills and warm approach leave a positive impact on everyone she interacts with.
Reflecting on her time with Landau, Louise shared, “Working alongside Paula and Tracey for all this time certainly makes my job enjoyable, as well as all the relationships we have built with our customers. It’s a lovely environment to work in and a pleasure to be here!”
Louise’s dedication, professionalism, and ability to build strong relationships have earned her the respect and admiration of both her colleagues and our clients. Jenny: The Perfectionist Behind Every Door
Over the past two decades, Jenny’s journey has been marked by continuous growth, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to quality that has elevated the standards of Landau’s production process.
Jenny joined Landau as a de-nibber and quickly demonstrated her talent and attention to detail. Within a year, she was promoted to Supervisor of the spray shop, and, in 2012, she became the Spray Shop Manager. In her role, Jenny oversees every aspect of our spray shop operation, ensuring each door is finished to the highest standard. Her responsibilities include meticulous quality control and stock management of paint supplies, both of which are crucial to keeping production running seamlessly and meeting our customers’ expectations.
Reflecting on her work, Jenny shared, “Seeing the start-to-finish process is very rewarding. It’s satisfying to see the end product, which is high quality.”
Jenny’s commitment and reliability have made her an inspiring team leader and a beloved member of our Landau family. Her high standards and tireless work ethic ensure that every product leaving our spray shop is of exceptional quality.
